5 Benefits of Becoming a Member
1. You will become a member of one of Ontario’s largest and most venerable Hindu Religious Institutions.
2. You will have the right to participate in the decision making process of the organization.
3. You will receive tax receipts for contributions and donations made to the Mandir.
4. Members with lifetime status will receive both a tax receipt as well as a discounted prices for hosting personal and family events at the Mandir.
5. You will have a golden opportunity to promote your Dharma for the benefit of you and your family. This includes participation in social, cultural and religious celebrations.
A Lifetime (LT) Member is anyone who makes a one-time donation or payment over time of at least $5,000.00 per person, submits a membership application form, meets the criteria as set out in the Member Section, Class A Voting Members, of the by-laws and receives approval by the Membership Committee; LT members shall have lifetime rights to vote at all meetings of the voting members.
An Annual Member is anyone who makes an annual donation of $300.00 by December 31st based on an annual member year (January 1st to December 31st), submits a membership application form, meets the criteria as set out in the Member Section, Class A Voting Members, of the by-laws and receives approval by the Membership Committee.
Renewal: An annual member must renew their membership no later than December 31st of the calendar year to be eligible for voting rights at all meetings of the voting members held in the subsequent year (membership must be held for 12 consecutive months preceding the GM to be eligible to vote at the GM).

- Lifetime Membership Fee: $5,000.00 per person
- Annual Membership Fee: $300.00 per person
- Monthly PAP of $25.00 per month. Note that eligibility for annual membership and voting rights will not be considered until $300.00 and membership application form has been submitted by December 31st of the calendar year.
You may use this form for donation of any amount but you will be eligible to membership only if you meet the criteria as set out in the Member Section, Class A Voting Members, of the by-laws and if you donate a minimum amount of $300.00 by December 30 based on an annual member year (January 1st to December 31st) or a lifetime membership if you donate a minimum amount of $5,000.00 per person. (All donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be issued to you for income tax purposes).
After your application is reviewed and approved, an email will be sent to you or a hard copy will be mailed to you if you do not have an email address. This will confirm your membership and should be safely kept for your records and for future reference.
